1. About BidWar
BidWar is a public product-discovery leaderboard operated by Nexvoide Group. Businesses and creators may submit a public product URL or handle and purchase a one-time bid. Confirmed paid totals determine placement on the Global and applicable category leaderboards.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and authorized to promote the submitted product. By using BidWar or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
3. Listings and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of everything you submit. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, adult, hateful, or fraudulent content; impersonate another person or business; manipulate clicks or payments; or interfere with BidWar. We may reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms, Paddle requirements, or applicable law.
4. Rankings and delivery
A bid purchases leaderboard placement based on the ranking rules shown at checkout; it does not purchase a guaranteed number of impressions, clicks, customers, sales, or a permanent rank. Placement begins after payment confirmation. Other confirmed bids may change your position at any time.
5. Payments
Purchases are one-time payments unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders, processes payment and applicable taxes, provides buyer payment support, and handles returns. BidWar never receives your full card details.
6. Refunds and disputes
Paid placement is delivered immediately after payment confirmation and is generally final. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy, and mandatory consumer law. Contact Paddle through paddle.net before initiating a chargeback.
7. Intellectual property
BidWar and its original interface, branding, and software belong to Nexvoide Group or its licensors. Listing owners retain rights in their names, descriptions, logos, and websites while granting BidWar a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that material for operating and promoting the leaderboard.
8. Availability and disclaimers
BidWar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, ranking outcomes, third-party websites, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
9. Changes and termination
We may improve or change the service and these Terms. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date. We may restrict access or remove content to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.
